Another day in paradise

We got an earlier start on breakfast this morning. For breakfast we get a plate with a slice of pineapple (really sweet!), a piece of papaya and a banana along with pineapple juice. Then we get eggs and toast, our choice of how the eggs are cooked. Plus coffee or tea. Debi brought the cribbage board and we played a little before our eggs came. And then a while after. Our companions for meals are flies and cats. A cat appears next to me looking very hopeful. There are many cats so they hang out waiting for food to drop.
After breakfast Debi and I went to get pedicures. The place was a bit funky and they were charging $20 which for Tanzania is high. We bargained down to $15 each. There was only the one girl and she took turns working on us. It was different than what we were used to but she did a good job and I loved the massage part!
We came back to the room and then with Don, went to lunch. They stayed to play cribbage after lunch and I went for a swim. The water was a little choppy but wonderful. I came back to the room and then so did Don and Debi. We opened a bottle of wine and had cheese and crackers. Then my boyfriend came by and we invited him to sit on the porch with us and we had a really good conversation with him. I think his name is Mbarak. About 5:30 we went to our happy hour restaurant and watched the sunset and then went to another different restaurant for dinner on the beach. I had fish in coconut sauce. Delicious!we hit the sack early. Such a great relaxing day.
